All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our pharmaceutical products and to ensure the safety, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards, all sales are final. Tandem Regenerative Therapeutics does not accept returns or offer exchanges for any products purchased.

No Returns or Exchanges

We are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect ordering
• Product dissatisfaction
• Expired or unused products

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please email our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@tandemregenerative.com. We will investigate the issue and, if verified, may provide a resolution in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Proof of purchase and photographic evidence of the damage or defect may be required.

Note prior to any refund for damaged or defective products, a call tag will be issued and the product must be retuned to the shipper in order for a credit to generate.
